There are three coding errors in the connectivity tutorials.

First, in the Provider.java file under tutorial 1, there is no declaration for the local variable 'parent'.
Second, in the Provider.java file under tutorial 1, there are missing an import for DOFBoolean.
Third, in the TrainingUI.java file under both tutorial 3 and 4, there are missing an import for ExecutionException.
