Steps:
1. Go into an interface from the interface repository
2. Change "Lang" dropdown to "ja" for Japanese
3. Click Java in upper right corner
4. Click HTML again
Expected Result:
HTML descriptions are displayed in Japanese.
Actual Result:
HTML descriptions have reverted back to English. However, the "Lang" selector still says that it is "ja" for Japanese. There is a work around available which is to change the "Lang" to "en" and then to "ja".
On a related note, it seems as if the html portion is supposed to continue to be displayed on the Java side. There is an additional bug (IFREPO-30) that is causing raw html to be displayed on this page. This html is also in English when it should probably continue to be in Japanese.
