There needs to be a test created that verifies the issue fixed in the iot-service #IOT-47. The issue had to do with an incorrect packet being sent after a activated/watched provide's interest was canceled and the provide was canceled. The test should create any type of interest and preform an invoke after the provide is successfully sent to the requestor. After a successful operation has been preformed the interest should be canceled and the provide should be canceled as well. There should be multiple iterations of doing this for good measure.
