There needs to be a test created to replicate the issue described by Japan about subsequent operations failing when a requestor creates activate interest and cancels that interest after executing a sequence of operations. There are two providers that have the same OID and bindings, the first provider connects up and receives the interest and starts providing, after operations are responded to and cancels are handled the provider should disconnect. The second provider should than connect and run through the same sequence.
