There needs to be a test that has two providers using the same bindings and a requestor executing interest on the said bindings. Then once operations have been successful for a few of them, tell one of the providers to cancel, drop hard, or set their node down to close the provide. The requestor should move to the second provider to continue to receive responses to requests.
